Can I Cancel My Order?

Once your order is placed, you are unable to cancel it. However, if you are looking to make a quick change such as; changing the phone number or address, send us a note ASAP to info@simplythegoodz.com and we will do our best to help! Please note, if the order is already in the postal system, we are unable to adjust the address and it is your responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address
